To find the right person to fit the right Practice, you must begin with the end in mind.
Dentist Partner Pros performs a thorough vetting process to ensure that every Practice it works with is prepared to bring on another Doctor. Once the vetting is complete, it is time to identify the characteristics of the “ideal” candidate. DPP takes a unique method to identify these characteristics by surveying and interviewing every Practice member in person. Through this process, with the approval of the Senior Doctor, DPP creates and uses the characteristics as the foundation for finding the “ideal” candidate.
After several interviews, surveys, and reference calls, DPP will introduce the final candidates to the Senior Doctor.
Next, the remaining candidates will have an onsite visit to the Practice to meet the team and Doctors in person. As the ideal candidate is found, DPP structures win-win agreements to set the Senior Doctor, Associate, and Practice up for success.
Even though DPP has found and placed the right associate with the right Practice, it still takes work to succeed in the new relationship.
DPP stays engaged for the next 18 months to assist in the ongoing success of this new partnership. DPP trains the staff on how to transfer patients to the new Clinical Partner, counsels on issues that may arise in the new partnership, and provides ongoing support as needed.
